Antonio had done work for me before with another tree service company. He did a great job then, and now that he is with Amigos Tree service, he has matched the excellent service. They did an amazing job on a massive tree project. I had over 50 trees that needed to be cleaned up and trimmed, giving me an elevated park like canopy. In my case, I had thick brush cleaned up as well giving me a perfect fire break here in Bastrop County (with a history of two major brushfires in the last few years) . Amigo Tree Service will be my go to tree service from now on. The price was fair, and the work was beyond my expectations.
Great tree trimming experience with Amigos!
Found Amigos through Home Advisor. Tony and his crew gave us three days of tree trimming services throughout our apartment community in northwest Austin. Tony communicated well throughout the process and did what he said they would do and exactly what we wanted at a fair price. They cleaned up well and were very respectful of our residents throughout the process. They will definitely be at the top of our list for future tree trimming and removal projects.

Our elm to be removed was 80 inches in circumference and 65 feet tall and had dropped a huge branch on the house. Tony worked perfectly with his crew to rope the monstrous limbs and trunk chunks safely down without even stepping in our garden. His skills in judging the way to wrap the ropes and angles at which to cut were quite impressive. The oak was cut into firewood and stacked; cleanup was thorough. The price was half of one other bid and a fifth of another.

They pruned our trees with care and precision (not just chopping) after careful analysis and explanation. Then, they cleaned everything up to perfection. They pruned our trees in February 2020; now the trees are leafed out and we\'re so very thankful every day for brighter light and healthier looking trees. One tree was self-pruning a lot; they took care of that, so even with the high winds, we haven\'t had small branches falling on the cars and garden beds. We Really Appreciate The Work
The Texas Freeze this year killed one tree, badly damaged two others and left our live oaks looking a little "ratty." Tony Cruz and his crew from Amigos Tree Service took care of all our issues. They showed up on time, were efficient, did all the work for a reasonable cost and left our yard clean. All of the trees look terrific. I would easily recommend these guys for any tree work.

I'm extremely satisfied with Amigos Tree Services. Their care and attention to detail was outstanding. The workers maintained a professional attitude every step of the way. They worked safely and cautiously, respectful of my property and not to cause any damage.
When the job was finished, they cleaned up all debris from tree trimming and left my home looking good as new. The service was completed in a timely manner and also very reasonable priced.

I had 15 50ft tall Mexican Fan Palms in my yard that did not survive the big freeze. The manager of the Cat Mountain HOA recommended Amigo's Tree Service; I called and Tony arrived at my house to give me an estimate within 30 minutes of our hanging up. We made a deal on the spot. Their work is excellent, they arrived on time and once, when they were running late, Tony called to tell me when they would be there. They are a very reliable company, their prices are reasonable and could not be happier with their work. I have never written a review for a business before.

Amigos was fantastic! They got here early with a team and worked hard to clear a very tall tree that had mostly died from the freeze. It had a big trunk and they even ground the stump - something no one else who gave us an estimate even suggested! They even trimmed the neighbor’s branches off my roof, cleared all the debris, and hauled everything off so quickly. I was very impressed with their customer service too. Highly recommended!

Amigos Tree Service recently removed a dead tree that had fallen in our yard. Other companies were telling us it would take all day to full remove the tree and Amigos was finished in an hour and a half. They were very professional and great to work with. While walking my dog one morning this week, Antonio was going door to door looking for more work while the crew was on my street working at a neighbors. He introduced himself and walked with me home to look at a project my husband had started. I liked his bid and thought it was very fair for the amount of work that needed to be done. They cut down one very tall cedar, cut up thick branches of an oak tree my husband had already trimmed so we could save the oak for barbecue/smoking. They also trimmed another tall red oak that was too close to our roof line & cut out all the dead branches. They hauled off all the branches including the ones my husband had cut; and cleaned up beautifully. I will definitely call Antonio the next time I need tree service. I liked them so much....I cooked them lunch!

Tony and his crew are awesome. They did a great job removing all the trees they said they would do. They trim down all the branches that were damaging our roof line. They even made fire wood out of the trees like I requested.

Came out early on Saturday morning to provide an estimate and got the job done early on Monday morning. Their work is excellent as they really know trees. Trimmed over 7 trees and their clean up was great. Painted and treated my Oak Trees after they were trimmed. Price was great compared to the other price quotes I received.

After getting several bids, I decided on Amigos Tree Services. Antonio listened, looked at the tree to be removed and the surrounding area and asked when they could start. Throughout the initial conversation, Antonio was very pleasant, easy to talk with. He smiled as we discussed several points. The bid was very fair.
The tree to be removed was easily 40+ feet. Within 3 hours he and 2 others had cut down the tree to a 6 foot trunk, which was taken care of with another 30 minutes. Clean-up was top notch. The job took them 4 hours. I thought they would be working a full day. Yes, I highly recommend Antonio's Amigo Tree Services to everyone.
Great Service for a Fair Price!
I was referred to Tony by my neighbor as I have had issues with the door to door tree trimmers quoting one price and then wanting more $ to do what they originally included in their original quote. I have several mature live oaks in need of trimming, Tony and his crew did an excellent job for a negotiated a price that worked for everyone. They showed up on time, did a great job and cleaned up nicely. Will use them exclusively from now on, even refered them to my daughter and neighbors.

I have had a few bad experiences with a few tree trimming companies with poor clean up and bait & switch pricing in the past so I called Tony who my neighbor recommended. He came out the same day and we negotiated a price that worked for both of us. Tony and his team showed up on time, did a great job on my 50+ foot trees and clean up was awesome. Antonio Cruz and his crew have taken care of the trees at my home, and also at a rental property in South Austin. They handled quite a variety (pecan, oak, tallow, etc) and even shaped up an extremely awkward Mountain Laurel. They also removed an giant, elderly hackberry which was threatening my house.

Antonio did an excellent job removing three trees (including their stumps) and two pre-existing stumps. Anyone can cut down a tree; but, Antonio is very personable and he keeps in contact very well. He even sent pics of the job as it was being done! Amigos provides excellent customer service and Follow-up!! I would absolutely hire them again.
